Inclusion Criteria

Patients with a diagnosed tumor disease; Patients with tumor-related fatigue (= 1/10); Age = 18 years; Min. 4 weeks training in oncological sports and exercise therapy; Patient must be able to understand and answer the complete questionnaire; Dated and signed declaration of consent of the patient; Consentable

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with known drug or alcohol dependence; Patients with severe active infection; Patients with severe chronic and / or infectious diseases (liver cirrhosis, hepatitis, rheumatism); Patients with a pacemaker; Patients with a defibrillator; patients with HIV / AIDS; Patients with arm or leg amputation; Patients receiving parenteral nutrition; Patients under dialysis treatment; Patients with a disturbed thyroid metabolism; Patients for whom exact weight and height determination is not possible

Primary Outcome Measures

Determination of Active Body Cell Mass (BCM) using bioimpedance analysis;<br>Bioimpedance analysis is performed at the single visit.

utritional status according to SGA (Subjective Global Assessment);<br>Activity level in kcal/week;<br>Bioimpedance analysis (BIA) parameters (fat mass and fat free mass, skeletal muscle mass (total), intra and extracellular water (ICW and ECW), phase angle f);<br>Expression of nutritional impacting symptoms;<br>Fatigue according to EORTC QLQ-FA12 module;<br>Global health-related quality of life;<br>Data will be collected at the single inspection date.
