? Aged >= 60 years old; ? Can live independently or largely independently; ? With good cognitive ability, can answer the questions of researchers; ? Informed consent, voluntary participation, and cooperation in the investigation.
?Exercise contraindications: Severe cardiopulmonary diseases leading to unstable vital signs; Acute systemic infection; Unhealed fractures of the lower limbs, joint dislocation, and severe pain in the limbs; Severe hypertension at rest; Uncontrolled metabolic diseases; Anyone else whose condition may deteriorate, or pain may intensify due to exercise. ?Those with a history of mental illness, or accompanied by comprehension, auditory, or visual impairments and unable to communicate normally.
