Subjects having serum uric acid concentration more than 7.0 mg/dl in males and more than 6.0 mg/dl in females.
Subjects exhibiting lakshana of gambhira Vatarakta - sandhi shula, sandhi shotha, sandhi daha, and sandhi stabdhata
Subjects having chronicity less than 5 years, without the manifestation of tophi and not associated with complete joint destruction.
Pre-diagnosed cases suffering from:
Kochs arthritis
Septic arthritis
Rheoumatoid arthirits
Heamarthrosis
Renal calculi
o Chronic renal failure
o Severe Systemic multi organ syndromes
• Subjects on oral medication for gout or any other medical condition for more than 6 months
