Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Subjects having serum uric acid concentration more than 7\.0 mg/dl in males and more than 6\.0 mg/dl in females.
  • •Subjects exhibiting lakshana of gambhira Vatarakta \- sandhi shula, sandhi shotha, sandhi daha, and sandhi stabdhata
  • •Subjects having chronicity less than 5 years, without the manifestation of tophi and not associated with complete joint destruction.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Pre\-diagnosed cases suffering from:
  • •Kochs arthritis
  • •Septic arthritis
  • •Rheoumatoid arthirits
  • •Heamarthrosis
  • •Renal calculi
  • •o Chronic renal failure
  • •o Severe Systemic multi organ syndromes
  • •Subjects on oral medication for gout or any other medical condition for more than 6 months
