Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •current inpatient hospital stay due to an acute coronary syndrome
- •\- at least 70 years old
- •\- informed consent signed
- •\- in the case of inclusion, it is to be assumed that the patient can be discharged to the family at the end of the stay in the hospital
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- the presence of a malignant disease with a life expectancy within the observation period,
- •\- in the opinion of the attending doctor expected compliance problems,
- •\- inability to deal with telemedicine equipment or telephone communication,
- •\- concurrent participation in other studies,
- •\- implanted assist device as well as listing for heart transplantation.
