- •-Pacientes de ambos sexos
- •-Adultos entre 18 y 70 años
- •-Recién diagnosticados de leucemia aguda (LMA, LLA) que recibirán quimioterapia intensiva o bien pacientes con neoplasias hematológicas que reciban un TPH.
- •-En ritmo sinusal
- •-Que, adecuadamente informados, otorguen su consentimiento por escrito para participar en el estudio y someterse a las pruebas y exploraciones que ello comporta.

排除标准
- •- Enfermedad coronaria, valvular o miocardiopatía asociada.
- •-Insuficiencia renal grave (filtrado glomerular estimado por MDRD < 30)
- •-Insuficiencia hepatocelular
- •-Necesidad de tratamiento con IECA, ARA-II o bloqueantes beta-adrenérgicos
- •-Antecedente de hipersensibilidad a los IECA.
- •-Presión arterial sistólica < 90 mmHg.
- •-Asma bronquial
- •-Bloqueo A-V o bradicardia sinusal (FC<50 l/min).
- •-Fibrilación auricular permanente
- •-Necesidad de tratamiento antiarrítmico actual con fármacos de Clase I de la clasificación de Vaughan Williams (procainida, flecainida).
- •-Mujeres embarazadas
