Participants of both genders and age group between 21-45 year.
Patients who had medically or clinically diagnosed with shoulder dysfunction (adhesive capsulitis, rotator cuff impingement syndrome, acromioclavicular pain, bicipital tendinitis) and following clinical criteria of adhesive capsulitis in unilateral shoulder.
Patient defined symptoms of shoulder pain more than 2 months.
Shoulder Pain on VAS ranging from 4-7.
History of major trauma, shoulder fractures, dislocation and subluxation.
History of any surgical procedure for shoulder within the 12 weeks.
History of patient who took steroid injection over a period of 2 months.
History of shoulder pain with cervical origin or cervical radiculopathy symptoms that effect the upper extremity.
History of post traumatic stiffness and osteoarthritis of shoulder joint.
History of Rheumatoid arthritis, Reiterâ??s syndrome
like systemic disease.
History of patients with neurological symptoms
