- •Ikä: 18-70v, BMI: 18-30m2, tehohoidon oletettu kesto vähintään 72h, tarve vasopressorille (noradrenaliini)

Exclusion Criteria
- •Muu indikaatio antikoagulaatiolle kuin laskimotukosehkäisy, edelävän kolmen kuukauden aikana neurokirurginen operaatio tai kallonsisäinen vuoto, DIC, yliherkkyys hepariinille tai pienimolekylaariselle hepariinille, edeltävän 24 tunnin aikana saanut hepariinia tai pienimolekylaarista hepariinia, hoitamaton massiivivuoto, trombosytopenia (trom < 50 E9), p-TT 40%, tiedossa oleva maksasairaus, GFR < 50 ml/MIN/1.73 m2, tiedossa oleva HIV, HBC ai HCV, raskaus
