  • •2\. willing to give consent ( self AND relatives)
  • •3\. Admitted \> 48 hours

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.patients not having risk factors for ICU related mental health disorders as identified in phase 1
  • •2\. willing to give consent ( self or relatives)
  • •3\. Admitted \> 48 hours
  • •4\. unable to do meaningful communication
