Patients in the postoperative phase after procedures under local or regional anesthesia or procedures near the spinal cord.
Exclusion Criteria
Age of patients <18 years, BMI> 40 kg / m2, GCS <15, abdominal surgery, status after gastric / esophageal surgery, non-adult patient, pregnancy
