Inclusion Criteria
- •Female gender
- •Placement in the age range of 17 to 23 years
- •The presence of shin splints
- •Athletics athlete
Exclusion Criteria
- •Absence in 3 sessions of practice
- •Causing injury during the training period
- •Reluctance to continue participating in training
- •Existence of injuries such as ACL injury, muscle tear and meniscus tear.
