Knowledge, Attitudes and Practice studies facilitate identifying specific gaps, enabling the development of more targeted and effective awareness programs tailored to the community’s needs. While numerous KAP studies are conducted in contemporary science, However, limited studies are available which focus on lifestyle practices during menstruation in both modern and traditional sciences.
A cross-sectional, study titled "Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices (KAP) Related to Menstruation Among School Going Adolescent Girls in Worli, Mumbai" has been conceptualized.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Willing to participate and provide informed written consent and assent Girls between the ages of 14 to 17years Girls enrolled in the selected schools.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Girls who had not attained menarche.
