- •25 to 55 years old
- •-Non-specific low back pain from a doctor
- •Diagnosed person
- •-More than half in the last 12 weeks
- •People who have experienced low back pain
排除标准
- •- People with lateralosis or herd disc lesions
- •- Those with neurological lesions of the uly
- •- Have a history of surgery on the hip, pelvis and abdomen
- •traumatised
- •- You have been injected within 3 months.
- •- If you have been giving birth for less than one year
