Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •25 to 55 years old
- •\-Non\-specific low back pain from a doctor
- •Diagnosed person
- •\-More than half in the last 12 weeks
- •People who have experienced low back pain
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- People with lateralosis or herd disc lesions
- •\- Those with neurological lesions of the uly
- •\- Have a history of surgery on the hip, pelvis and abdomen
- •traumatised
- •\- You have been injected within 3 months.
- •\- If you have been giving birth for less than one year
