- •Histologie: Diffuses großzelliges B-Zell Lymphom, CD20 positiv.
- •Stadium: Messbarer Tumor, alle Stadien.
- •Geschlecht: männlich oder weiblich.
- •Alter: älter als 18 Jahre.
- •Vorliegen einer unterschrieben Einwilligungserklärung.

排除标准
- •Vorbehandlung mit Zytostatika oder Bestrahlung.
- •ZNS-Befall.
- •HIV-positiv.
- •WHO Performance Index 3 oder 4.
- •Herzinsuffizienz NYHA 3 oder 4 (Diese Patienten werden nicht randomisiert und in der Beobachtungsgruppe mit R-COMP behandelt).
- •Zweitmalignom (Ausnahme in situ Karzinome oder kurativ behandeltes Plattenepithelkarzinom der Haut).
- •Begleiterkrankungen, die eine Chemotherapie nicht zulassen.
- •Bekannte Überempfindlichkeit gegen eine der Studiensubstanzen
- •Neutropenie <1,8 x 10E9/L, Thrombopenie <100 x 10E9/L (ausgenommen lymphombedingt).
