Parents of an infant with congenital heart disease age 0-12 months, hospitalized at a pediatric cardiac intensive care unit for at least 12 hours at the Heart Center Berlin or Bad Oeynhausen
- German language proficiency

Exclusion Criteria

- Unclear custody status
- Palliative care path
