- •1. All patients undergoing surgery for Cerebral aneurysm clipping with age >18 years
- •2. ASA I, II, III patients
排除标准
- •1. Patients <18yrs
- •2. Patients not willing to give consent
- •3. Patients in whom CNS assessment is not feasible.
- •4. Hemodynamically unstable patients.
