Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. All patients undergoing surgery for Cerebral aneurysm clipping with age \>18 years
- •2\. ASA I, II, III patients
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients \<18yrs
- •2\. Patients not willing to give consent
- •3\. Patients in whom CNS assessment is not feasible.
- •4\. Hemodynamically unstable patients.
