- •Female patients planned for elective gynekological operations in general anesthesia and airway management with laryngeal mask
排除标准
- •patient refusal, age \< 18 yr, Contraindication to airway mangement with a laryngeal mask, gastro\-intestinal pathologies with risk of aspiiration, svere IDDM, end\-stage renal disease, ASA\-Status \> III, pregnancy, a known or predicted respiratory disease, oropharyngeal or facial pathology, and risk of aspiration, BMI\>35 kg/m², Rrestrictive pulmonary disease, severe neurological disease
