- •Female patients planned for elective gynekological operations in general anesthesia and airway management with laryngeal mask
排除标准
- •patient refusal, age < 18 yr, Contraindication to airway mangement with a laryngeal mask, gastro-intestinal pathologies with risk of aspiiration, svere IDDM, end-stage renal disease, ASA-Status > III, pregnancy, a known or predicted respiratory disease, oropharyngeal or facial pathology, and risk of aspiration, BMI>35 kg/m², Rrestrictive pulmonary disease, severe neurological disease
