Patients older than 40 years with dyspnea or have difficulty in daily activity who are diagnosed with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD).
1)Post-bronchodilator Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 second(FEV1)/Forced Vital Capacity(FVC) < 70%
2)6 minute walk distance between 150m and 450m
1)Patients with other comorbidities which can cause death or disability within 1 year (e.g. Cancer, cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, renal failure, diabetes mellitus with severe complication, uncontrolled hypertension, etc)
2)Patients with difficulty in walking due to other comorbidities. (e.g. Cerebrovascular disease, musculoskeletal disease, severe malnutrition, etc)
3)Other comorbidities which are inappropriate to perform this study according to the physician’s opinion
