Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Person having mild to moderate depressive symptoms
- •Persons willing to participate in the study
- •Person who can understand Kannada and English
- •Ability to provide informed consent.
- •Ability to participate in ACT.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Symptoms due to general medical conditions (post\-partum depression hypothyroidism, infection, )
- •Documented diagnosis of mental retardation.
- •Persons with psychotic symptoms.
- •Person with anxiety or other comorbid disorders.
