Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Person having mild to moderate depressive symptoms
  • •Persons willing to participate in the study
  • •Person who can understand Kannada and English
  • •Ability to provide informed consent.
  • •Ability to participate in ACT.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Symptoms due to general medical conditions (post\-partum depression hypothyroidism, infection, )
  • •Documented diagnosis of mental retardation.
  • •Persons with psychotic symptoms.
  • •Person with anxiety or other comorbid disorders.
