Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients with AUA symptom score greater than 8 and less than 19
- •2\) Rectal Examination consistent with BPH.
- •3\) Prostate volume greater than 26cc.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients with severe BPH (AUA score greater than 26\)
- •2\) Patients with Malignancy, HIV, HBsAg, VDRL positive.
- •3\) Patients suffering from systematic diseases like DM, HTN.
- •4\) Patients with acute urinary retention.
- •5\) Obstructive urinary calculi, bladder neck stenosis, cystic calculi.
- •6\) Patients with pyonephrosis
- •7\) Patients with acute and chronic renal failure.
