Inclusion Criteria

1) Patients with AUA symptom score greater than 8 and less than 19

2) Rectal Examination consistent with BPH.

3) Prostate volume greater than 26cc.

Exclusion Criteria

1) Patients with severe BPH (AUA score greater than 26)

2) Patients with Malignancy, HIV, HBsAg, VDRL positive.

3) Patients suffering from systematic diseases like DM, HTN.

4) Patients with acute urinary retention.

5) Obstructive urinary calculi, bladder neck stenosis, cystic calculi.

6) Patients with pyonephrosis

7) Patients with acute and chronic renal failure.
