Name Time Method To assess post operative pain score using the FLACC score.Timepoint: To assess FLACC score at 1 hour, 2 hour, 3 hour, 4 hour, 8 hour and 24 hour.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Analgesic requirement in first 24 hours.Timepoint: To note the analgesic requirements at 24 hours after surgery.;Note any complicationsTimepoint: Note any complications in the first post operative day.;To assess the activity of child using Ramsay sedation score.Timepoint: Ramsay sedation scale shall be assessed postoperatively at 1 hour, 2 hour, 3 hour, 4 hour, 8 hour and 24 hours.
