Patients with supratentorial stroke within 1 month of onset
Presence of motor and sensory deficits as measured on Fugl Meyer Assessment scale-Upper extremity (FMA-UE)
Ability to understand and follow commands
Patients scoring <20 on Mini mental state examination (MMSE). 14, 15
Patients with unilateral neglect measured by Star cancellation test or other visual/auditory/ impairments, wernickeâ??s/global aphasia
Patients with premorbid upper extremity deficits on the hemiplegic side
Lack of consent
Those unwilling/unable to participate
