Inclusion Criteria

? Over 20 years old
? Those who listen to and understand the explanation of the study and sign the consent form
? Colon cancer confirmed histologically
? Pathological type: adenocarcinoma, mucinous carcinoma, signet ring cell carcinoma

Exclusion Criteria

? Open surgery
? Patients who do not need an abdominal incision more than 1 cm
? Patients who need an abdominal incision more than 10 cm
? rectal cancer
? If the location of a small incision is scheduled to be performed outside of the umbilical area due to the previous surgery history, previous surgery, abdominal scar or other cause
? Emergency surgery (eg obstruction, perforation)
? palliative surgery
? Patients who need a stoma (including abdominal perineal resection)
? If metastases in the abdominal cavity are found during preoperative examination or surgery
? Unhealed wounds, fractures, peptic ulcers, abscesses in the abdominal cavity
? In case of incisional hernia or mesh due to previous surgery
? Patients participating in other clinical trials within 6 months or receiving research drugs
? Patients who do not want to participate in this study
? If it is impossible to participate in the clinical trial at the judgment of the other doctor
