This is an open labelled parallel group study.
In this study, group A 30 patients will be administered with Dashmool Sidha Taila Uttar Basti for 7 days followed by a gap of 1 week for 28 days and group B 30 patients will be administered with Dashmool Sidha Taila Matra Basti for 7 days followed by a gap of 1 week for 28 days

Inclusion Criteria
- Patients suffering from sign and symptoms of Benign Prostate Hyperplasia 2) Residual urine should be less than 120 ml 2) Size of Prostate less than 40 cc.
Exclusion Criteria
- Patients suffering from Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus Tuberculosis Hepatitis Prostatitis and Malignancy 2) Residual urine greater than 120 ml 3) Size of Prostate greater than 40 cc 4) Catheterized patients.
