1) Patients within age group of 18 to 40 years.
2) Patients of both sex.
3) Patients having bilaterally impacted lower third molars.
1) Patient with a previous history of allergy or adverse reaction/event with local anesthetics, analgesics or antibiotics.
2) Pregnant/lactating females.
3) Patient with the history of bleeding disorders.
4) Patient using contraceptive medicines or corticosteroids which can affect the post-surgical healing phase and amount of swelling on face.
5)Patient who are unable to cooperate due to underlying medical conditions.
6) Patient who are unwilling to give informed consent.
