COMPARISON THE EFFECT OF 10-MINUTE SPECIFIC ACTIVE AND STATIC STRETCHING WARM-UP ON OXYGEN CONSUMPTION, CARDIOVASCULAR AND EXERTION IN 5 KM RUNNING
- Conditions
- Male or female with normal BMI in the age range of 18-35 years who can continuously run for 5 km before participating in the study.WARM-UP, STRETCHING, OXYGEN CONSUMPTION, CARDIOVASCULAR, RUNNING
- Registration Number
- TCTR20230109001
- Lead Sponsor
- Faculty of Graduation Studies
- Brief Summary
Results indicated no significant difference between specific-active warm-up and static stretching in physiological, tympanic temperature, cardiovascular, and exertion. Except for peak heart rate, they indicate significant differences between the conditions. Compared within the group, leg muscle fatigue showed a significant difference in the specific-active warm-up.
