Inclusion Criteria
Teacher of students from 6 months to 5 years of age; in one of the 14 daycare centers in Belo Horizonte selected for the study; both genders
Exclusion Criteria
Early childhood educators who did not have their own class or who are teachers of pupils under 6 months or over 5 years old

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To assess whether the treatment group (which received the Mindfulness-based intervention) showed an improvement in quality of life and a reduction in stress compared to the control group, verified through the results of the WHOQOL-bref and Perceived Stress Scale questionnaires, pre- and post-intervention, using the difference-in-differences model. All the analyses will be carried out considering a significance level of 5%
