Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with persistent fatigue after cured COVID\-19 disease min. 6 weeks, MFI \> 50 min 4/5 areas affected
- •\- Post\-Covid Functional Scale ± 2
- •\- Normal LVEF
- •\- Nt\-pro\-BNP, troponin T in normal range
- •\- FEV1 and FVC within normal range
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Known underlying pulmonary or cardiac disease defined as heart failure with preserved or reduced pump function, myocarditis, known coronary artery disease, obstructive restrictive lung disease.
- •\- COVID\-19 conditional cardiovascular complication e.g. pulmonary embolism, pulmonary fibrosis, myocardial infarction, myocarditis.
- •\- Lack of consent
- •\- Pregnancy
- •\- Age\<18 years
