- •Patiënten (=16 jaar) die zich op de SEH presenteren met een distale radiusfractuur (inclusief intra-articulaire fracturen of radiusfracturen in combinatie met een distale ulna fractuur) waarvoor repositie geïndiceerd is. |

- •- Leeftijd <16 jaar
- •- Open fracturen
- •- Klinisch vastgestelde nieuwe neurovasculaire schade
- •- Operatie indicatie gesteld op basis van de eerste röntgenfoto
- •- Osteosynthese materiaal in situ bij aangedane pols
- •- Letsel waardoor applicatie van echo gel niet mogelijk is
