入选标准
- •All Histologically confirmed head and neck cancer, Completion of radiotherapy (± chemotherapy) within the last 4 weeks with ECOG 0–2 ,Able and willing to provide informed consent.
排除标准
- •Recurrent/metastatic disease,Neurological disorders affecting the neck,Orthopaedic limitations preventing neck movement,Severe cognitive impairment.
