Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Individuals between 30\-50 years of age without any bar of race, gender, religion etc.
- •2\)Apparently healthy individuals from the surrounding area of the research place.
- •3\) Individuals who have developed unusual lack of energy, extreme tiredness, sense of exhaustion, and decreased capacity of work.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Individuals less than 30 years and above 50 years of age will be excluded.
- •2\) The pregnant women and lactating mothers will be excluded.
- •3\) Individuals who have completed participation in any other clinical trial during the past six months.
- •4\) Individuals with co\-morbidities like COPD, IHD, CKD, Coagulopathy, Cancer, Diabetes mellitus, exhaustion and fatigue due to depressive episodes etc.
