Inclusion Criteria
healthy female patients
aged 18 †45 years old
cervicomental angle more than 120 degree
BMI 18.50-24.99 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
Systemic corticosteroid
Systemic immunosuppressive agents
Pregnancy
breast feeding
Infected or noninfected lesions on the submental area
History of thread lifting, mandibular bone surgery
Bleeding tendency
History of fat reduction procedure within 6 months
Weight loss pill ingestion within 3 months
