Brief Summary

The aim of this study is to measure the experiences about the current care of the patients, their kin and staff by a quickscan based on a multidimensional quality model. Further more we want to define the psychometric characteristics of the quickscan.

Arm && Interventions

Quickscan for healthcare professionals	No intervention	Healthcare professionals working in the hospitals will be invited to fill in the quickscan.
Quickscan for patients and their kin	No intervention	Patients and/or kin who are treated in the hospitals will be invited to fill in the quickscan.
