Inclusion Criteria

1)First time ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke
2)Age ranged 20-79 years
3)Right handedness
4)Able to understand and follow simple command.
5)Able to sit independently at more than one hour
6)Able to reach and grasp

Exclusion Criteria

1)Severe UE sensory impairment i
2)Inability to give informed consent for study participation
3) Unstable vital signs
4)Participate in another upper extremity task specific program during the time of participating in this study
5) Positive screening for contraindication of TMS which confirmed by TMS
