- •1)First time ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke
- •2)Age ranged 20-79 years
- •3)Right handedness
- •4)Able to understand and follow simple command.
- •5)Able to sit independently at more than one hour
- •6)Able to reach and grasp
排除标准
- •1)Severe UE sensory impairment i
- •2)Inability to give informed consent for study participation
- •3) Unstable vital signs
- •4)Participate in another upper extremity task specific program during the time of participating in this study
- •5) Positive screening for contraindication of TMS which confirmed by TMS
