- •Patient with BMI,35kg/m2
- •Ptient scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •1.1.Patients refusal
- •2.Patient wirth known hypersentivity to cisatracurium
- •3.Pregnant patients.
- •4.Patients with history of abdominal surgery.
- •5.Patient with major organ dysfunction.
- •6.Patients with any hypnotics or analgesics.
- •7.patients recieving medications known to influence neuromuscular function (eg calciumchanel blockers,phenytoin and aminoglycosides.)
