The inclusion criteria will be the residents who have completed at least 1 year of residency in Department of Anesthesiology, Pain and Critical Care and have performed at least 20 successful oral intubations with the standard Macintosh laryngoscope under supervision.
The residents who have performed awake fiber optic guided oral intubation in the past will be excluded. Also, any resident who has assisted awake fiber optic guided oral intubation in the residency or anywhere else previously will be excluded.

Name Time Method 1) Time required to view glottic opening with orally introduced fiber optic scope during all attempts. <br/ ><br> 2) Time required to intubate the trachea with fiber optic scope. <br/ ><br> 3) Handling time. (Time from picking up the fiber optic scope to handing it back) <br/ ><br>4)Total procedure time. (Time from start of local anaesthetic application on airway till insertion of endotracheal tube.) <br/ ><br>5)Number of times the scope hits the mucosa. <br/ ><br>6)Overall global rating score for each attempt. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 5 minutes
