Inclusion Criteria
All patients with Multiple sclerosis (MS) with at least 2 years of history
Lack of regular exercise
Do not take immunosuppressive drug
No smoking
Expanded Disability Status Scale (3-5)
Exclusion Criteria
Heart disease
High blood pressure
Orthopedic disorders
Use of other drugs in addition to MS drugs
