Inclusion Criteria
Person who have been using smartphones for more than six months.
Person using smartphone for more than 2 hours a day.
Person who does not regular exercise more than twice a week.
Exclusion Criteria
People with pain or neurological problems in the cervical spine or upper limb.
Person who recently had surgery on his neck, shoulders, or upper limbs.
People who have chronic pain in the neck, back or shoulders.
Persons with skin diseases associated with EMG and marker attachment.
