Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Person who have been using smartphones for more than six months.
- •Person using smartphone for more than 2 hours a day.
- •Person who does not regular exercise more than twice a week.
Exclusion Criteria
- •People with pain or neurological problems in the cervical spine or upper limb.
- •Person who recently had surgery on his neck, shoulders, or upper limbs.
- •People who have chronic pain in the neck, back or shoulders.
- •Persons with skin diseases associated with EMG and marker attachment.
