1. patients for video-assisted thoracoscopy: atypical wedge resections for round herd resection/securing, lung and pleural biopsies, bulllectomy and pleurodeses, the care of the uncomplicated early empyema for VATS decoration, lung tip resections and parietal pleurectomies for pneumothorax and talcum pleurodeses
2. there is a clinical indication to perform a regional pain procedure and the patient has agreed.
3. age from 18 years
4. written consent of the patient to the study has been obtained
5. ASA I-III
6. BMI </= 30
1. heart failure NYHA >II
2. COPD > Gold II
3. patients with an increased risk of aspiration
4. lack of willingness to cooperate (compliance)
5. women during pregnancy and lactation
6. BMI >30
7. any neuromuscular disease
8. participation in other interventional studies within the last three months
9. pacemakers or other implanted pacemaker or stimulator systems
