surgery under general anesthesia more than 18 years.
ASA I, II, and III
Exclusion Criteria
Refusal to participate
BMI more than 30 Kg/m2
History of any previous nasal surgery
Presence of intraoral or intranasal mass
History of trauma, skull base fracture
Airway distortion
