- •ASA I, II, and III

- •Refusal to participate
- •BMI more than 30 Kg/m2
- •History of any previous nasal surgery
- •Presence of intraoral or intranasal mass
- •History of trauma, skull base fracture
- •Airway distortion
- •7.Bleeding Diathesis
