- •singleton, term pregnancies with vertex presentation, less than or equal to 3cm cervical dilatation, Epidural in situ for more than 5hours.
排除标准
- •baseline temperature >38oC, suspected chorioamnionitis, contraindications to regional anaesthesia-patient refusal, active maternal hemorrhage, septicemia, infection at or near the site of needle insertion and clinical signs of coagulopathy.
