- To explore and compare the effectiveness of robotic hand-assisted exercise and conventional exercise on the hand function in post-stroke patients
- To examine the difference between robotic hand-assisted exercise and conventional exercise in post-stroke rehabilitation

入选标准
- •Age above 18
- •Diagnosed with cerebral infarction or hemorrhage, with > or equal to 6 months post stroke
- •Sufficient cognition to follow simple instructions and understand the content and purpose of the study byAMT are larger than or equal to 6
- •Active control of wrist extensor of affected upper extremity
- •With care giver to support subject
- •Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) are less than or equal to 2 for finger and wrist extensors
排除标准
- •Presence of other neurological or orthopedic conditions over affected arm
- •History of botulinum toxin injection within 3 months
- •Poor skin conditions or/and uncontrollable diabetes
- •Contracture over wrist and hand joints of affected upper extremity
