- Registration Number
- TCTR20211007001
- Brief Summary
Among 30 patients, 7 patients had worsening SOFA scores. Initial methemoglobin level has an AUROC of 0.5404 (95% confidence interval 0.2603-0.8204). Using Youden index, the determined cut-off value is 0.75%. The sensitivity of this cut-off value is 71.4% (95% confidence interval 29-96.3%) and the specificity is 52% (95% confidence interval 30.6-73.2%).
