- •Additional inclusion criteria to the DELCODE main study:
- •-Subjects with SCD (onset > 6 months to < 5 years) without objective cognitive deficits
- •-Written informed consent to participate in longitudinal PET scans with 18F-Florbetaben and 18F-FDG (maximum two scans per modality) within an interval of two years
- •-Availability of structural MRI data
排除标准
- •Additional exclusion criteria to the DELCODE main study:
- •-Lack of capability to give informed consent
- •-Subjects exposed within the last 10 years to radioactive substances or ionizing radiation for research- or treatment purposes (§88 Abs. 2, Federal radiation protection regulation)
- •-Subjects with blood glucose values >140 mg/dl (refers only to 18F-FDG PET) measurement will be postponed until glucose levels are stable
- •-Insulin-dependent diabetes
- •-Anamnestic evidence for severe renal and liver dysfunction
- •-MR evidence for relevant structural abnormalities
- •-Lack of ability to lie still for 30-40 minutes (i.e. expected scan duration)
