Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Duration of stroke more than 6 months
- •2\.Patient with unilateral hemiplegia
- •3\.Score on Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) more than 4
- •4\.Patient with 1\-3 degree of spasticity according to Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Had history of traumatic shoulder injury
- •2\.Uncontrolled seizures
- •3\.Severe arrhythmia
- •4\.History of tuberculosis/ infection in the shoulder
- •5\.Patient with severe spasm or contracture of upper limb
- •6\.Severe cognitive impairment
- •7\.Cardiac pacemaker
