- •Healthy volunteers; both sexes; non smokers; age between 12 and 17 years; BMI above 2 standard deviations of references values established by the WHO for sex and age; Tanner maturation stages based on pubic hair between 4 and 5.
排除标准
- •Medical conditions contraindicating the participation in physical activities; use of medication influencing metabolic or cardiovascular function; participation in weight management programs within 6 months prior to the experiment.
