- •ii. Giving a positive consent

- •i. Human immunodeficiency virus infection
- •ii. Pregnancy,
- •iii. Previous liver or other organ transplantation
- •iv. Known immunosuppressed states (steroid use in previous 6 months) and
- •v. Those refusing to give consent will be excluded.
